We accept cash, money orders, cashier's checks,

Access is 24 hours/7 days a week.
We have security cameras,
motion sensing lighting,
and access control.
You rent by calendar month.
If you move in somewhere in the middle of the month,
your rent will be prorated.
If you leave somewhere in the middle of the month,
if we can re-rent your unit prior to the end of the month
we will prorate that remaining portion of the rent to the next renter
and refund to you their portion of that month's rent.
There is a $35 refundable security deposit.
If you empty and sweep your unit clean,
return your access card,
and don't damage anything,
your deposit will be refunded.
